Eagle Scout with NESA Life Membership (Boy Scouts): This knot is awarded to an Eagle Scouts who further enrolls as a Life Member with NESA (National Eagle Scout Association). You may only wear one Eagle Scout knot. This knot is worn instead of, not in addition to the standard Eagle Scout knot.
