Enter the names of your Scouts and the Merit Badges they would like to take this summer.

Order the course selections according to the Scouts desire to take the course.
The most desirable course should be in the MB1 selection.

The Pathfinder Program is reserved for first year Scouts and emphasizes teaching the skills required to attain first class.
Fire Mountain Units use the check box on the registration form.
Black Mountian units select from the 3 First Year Scout selections

Multi-hour classes are harder to schedule. Place them higher on the scouts request list to assure getting into those classes.

Registration Closes 5PM Wednessday prior to your camp start date.

Schedules are built as follows: the first selection for all campers is assigned, then the second selection for each camper,
then the third and so on until their schedules are complete or no additional courses can be added due to conflicts or closed classes.
This way all scouts have an equal opportunity to get the classes they desire.

Every attempt is made to place a scout in there first and second choices, but some classes do fill up fast.

Not all Scouts will have full schedules due to course availability and scheduling conflicts.
Schedlues can be filled with available courses during the open registration period,
Thursday, Friday and Saturday before your camp arrival date, or when the scout arrives at camp.

Schedules can be reviewed and modified starting Thursday morning prior to your camp start date using the
Merit Badge Schedule Editor.
The open registration period ends Saturday evening. Schedule are printed Sunday morning.

To change an entry, use the back button, correct the record, and delete the incorret record.
To change a record at a later date, re-enter the Scouts information with the corrections and delete the old record.
This will not affect their schedules; see the note above on how schedules are built.

Merit Badges with a (13+) are limited to Scouts 13 and older or 3rd year Campers.

BSA Lifeguard requires the Scout be 14 years of age.

Each week the Order of the Arrow will be holding a Brotherhood Ceerimony.
Please encourage Scouts who are Oreal members to seal there membership. The fee is $15 if completed during camp.
