Off Season Camping

Off Season Camping at our Mount Baker Council owned camps refers to usage of the camp facilities during that time of year when Boy Scout Summer Camps are not in session. These Boy Scout Summer Camps typically run during July and August.

Reservations for Off Season use of camp facilities cannot be booked without all the required forms and fees in advance. All reservations are booked on a first come first served basis.

Fees are listed on the back of the Reservation form. All Off Season usage of camp by any group requires the completed Off Season Reservation form and the appropriate fees be submitted at least in advance of the arrival date.

Groups that are not registered Mount Baker Council units may rent the camps when available but must also include the Hold Harmless Agreement and the Camp Use Letter of Agreement when submitting requests for reservations.

To reserve a campsite, building, or facility off-season complete the following three forms:

  1. Offseason Property Reservation form (Black Mountain)
  2. Offseason Property Reservation form (Fire Mountain)
  3. Camp Use Letter of Agreement
  4. "Organizational Hold Harmless" form

For more information, contact the Camp Registrar at 425-338-0380.

Forms require Adobe PDF Reader.
