Klahaya District Invites You To Our Monthly Roundtable Meetings Attention: Cub Scout Pack Leaders, Boy Scout Troop Leaders, Varsity Team Leaders, Venturing Crew Leaders, Explorer Post Leaders, and Order of the Arrow Members (youth and adult) When: Roundtable is held the second (2nd) Thursday of each month except July Where: 8522 131st Ave SE Snohomish, WA 98290 Time: 7:00 - 9:00 pm Roundtable Schedule: 6:30 Set Up: registration, table displays, tables, chairs, mailboxes, scout store 7:00 Gathering Time starts 7:30 Flags Presentation, District Yell and Invocation 7:45 General Presentation 8:00 Breakouts start 8:45 Breakouts End/Closing starts: recognitions, on-time ticket award, spirit stick, SM minute, retiring the colors 9:00 RT Ends/Clean Up starts 9:30 Clean Up finished
Why: Monthly Roundtable Meetings are a form of supplemental training for Pack, Troop, Team, Crew and Post volunteers. The objective of Roundtables is to give these Unit Leaders program ideas, information on policy, district and council events, training opportunities and an opportunity to share experiences, enjoy fun and fellowship with other Scout Leaders so that Unit Leaders will be inspired, motivated, and able to provide a stronger program for their Scouts.
