Fulfill the Promise
A youth joins a unit because Scouting provides the excitement and adventure of camping in the great outdoors. He wants to share that excitement with his friends.
The key to fulfillment is in the hands of council and district Scouters like yourself. You can unlock the door to adventure so that one day he will say: "It was all that I hoped for and more!"
