The 2010 Scout Popcorn Sale
Tillikum District increased their total
Popcorn sales over last year by 10.6%, to $208,495.
You too can conduct one good fund raiser and earn all the money your
unit will
need to operate your 2010-2011 program. Don’t waste
your energy conducting lots of smaller sales that wear out your
Scouts and their families. Attend the
Council and/or District Kickoff to get all
the information and materials you need to be successful with our
single, council-sponsored sale.
Since the online popcorn sale is year-round, commissions
will be processed at the end of each quarter and the credit
goes into the unit account. In December will process on
about the 15th so we can close out the year’s
books on time.
If the unit
needs a check drawn on their Scout Trading Post account, we
can do that for them any time during the year.
