University of Scouting Forms

All the forms are in the 2009 University of Scouting catalog. There are only two (one for course registration and a permission slip for youth taking classes).

Tip: Use the registration form on the website and send it regular mail or hand carry it to the Everett or Bellingham service centers (along with your registration fees).
