Adult Training Recognition Knots
|
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The square knot device is displayed on the uniform to denote that the wearer has received a corresponding award. The award is usually given in the form of a certificate. Many awards also include a medallion or other token. To apply for a training recognition award, an individual must complete a Progress Record for that award. Once approval is given, give the Progress Record to your District Training Chair to document and sign. He or she will confirm all signatures and then prepare appropriate recognition. The completed recognition is usually available at the next roundtable for presentation. Approval and presentation of training recognition awards is the responsibility of the District Training Chair. If you need further guidance with the process, please contact your District Training Chair. |
