“Because Every Cub Scout Deserves a Trained Leader”Rick Cronk, Boy Scouts of America National President, believes in TRAINING and is challenging all Cub Scout Packs across America to increase the percent of trained leaders in their unit. Did you know that trained leaders provide an active quality program at the den and pack level? They keep their Tiger Cubs, Cub Scout, and Webelos Scouts coming back for more fun week after week and month after month. Mount Baker Council wants your Cub Scout Pack to provide the best program possible. And trained leaders will increase Cub retention and leader tenure for your unit. Your Cub Scout Pack is invited to join Packs across Mount Baker Council in accepting Cronk’s Challenge. Here is what you need to do:
Your District Training Chair is here to help you and your pack reach it’s training goal. There is an extensive Council Calendar of training events across the Council, which is available from your District Training Chair or on line at www.Mountbakerbsa.org/training. Can’t get to a scheduled training? Call your District Training Chair to have training in a box delivered to your unit. |
