What is the Program & Training Conference?
This training program is unlike any other training available to unit leaders throughout the year. Experienced leaders and trainers from across our council are offering more than 100 courses designed to provide you with knowledge of how Scouting works as well as give you true to life examples of how to make the program you provide our youth a positive life experience. You’ll know the fun and excitement of a day spent with hundreds of other Scouters as they share their enthusiasm for Scouting.
Who should attend?
Program & Training Conference is designed for all adult leaders in the Boy Scouts of America regardless of function or program area. We also have courses available for older, registered youth (with official permission slips). The course selection is varied so that regardless of unit position, you will gain something to take back and implement in your unit. It doesn’t matter if you’re a first year leader or a 50-year veteran, everyone is guaranteed to learn something new or gain a clearer understanding of the various aspects of the Scouting programs.
How do I register?
After selecting your class schedule, you can register for the event, confirm courses and pay the registration fee on-line via the Mount Baker Council website. On-line registration is the quickest and easiest way to ensure you receive the courses you wish to attend. Registrations will also be accepted via mail to our Mount Baker Council Service Center, 1715 100th Pl SE #B, Everett, WA 98208.
