2018 Philmont Trek

Philmont Scout RanchIn 2018, Mount Baker Council Philmont contingent will leave Seattle for a two-week mountain adventure at Philmont Scout Ranch in northern New Mexico. Our first day will be spent in the Philmont base camp, preparing for the wilderness experience and touring the historical site. Then, the crews will head into the mountains. For the next 11 days, the contingent will hike, camp and cook together as they explore Philmont trails. The crew is open to both boys and girls. If at least two girls sign up, we can operate as a co-ed crew.
