This year’s Honoree is Don Wick, the retired Executive Director of the Economic Development Association of Skagit County. Mr. Wick is a well-known personality in the Skagit County area having served for 30-years with the Economic Development Associate of Skagit County.
This is a complementary event, with a request for your financial support of local Scouting’s character building programs. We are working to raise $20,000 to benefit local Scouting. Our theme is “Building our Second Century” and recognizes our mission to deliver on the promise of Scouting for the entire family.
