See bottom of the page for complete details.

2024 Club Unit Incentive Details:

  • What incentives does a Scouting unit in Mount Baker Council benefit from through the Club?
    • If 25% of your Scout families (based on your November 30th primary membership and rounded up to the next whole number) are members of The Club:
      • Based on your January 1st annually, your unit can choose the following:
        • Appropriate program handbooks for all your Scouts each year; or
        • A $17.50 credit for each registration at the Mount Baker Council Scout Shop.  Note: Once percentage of donors is verified, a certificate for the handbooks or credits will be issued the following month.
    • This qualifies you under the “Funding the Adventure” section of the “Row-the-Boat” quality unit recognition.
    • All members of The Club receive the commemorative 2024 “Small Boat Sailing MB” Council Shoulder Patch(es) appropriate to their level of giving.
    • Members at the Blue Level (Sea Dog Marina Level and above) of The Club attend the annual summer Alumni Homecoming Barbeque at Fire Mountain at no charge.
    • Members of The Club receive their membership card granting them the appropriate level % discount at the Turner General Store.

Example:  Unit membership is 25 Scouts on November 30th (after charter renewal).  7 gifts at the minimum level or above are needed to qualify for the incentives for the unit members of The Club.
