Enjoy a family getaway at Fire Mountain Scout Camp with top notch camping facilities. Enjoy basic program activities during the weekend, or use Fire Mountain as your base camp while you explore Skagit County and beyond!
Holiday Weekend Program offerings will include swimming and boating on beautiful Lake Challenge, scheduled openings of the Archery, BB Gun, and Rifle Ranges (11+), guided hikes, and a supervised handicrafts area.
Visit the North Cascades National Park, summit Sauk Mountain, or head into Anacortes for Whale Watching or Window Shopping – all within easy driving range of camp.
Meals for Family Camp is based on the kind of registration you chose for your family. Weekend campers will get breakfast and dinner Saturday and Sunday as well as breakfast on Monday morning. Lunch is purchased separate and can be either purchased in advance as part of your registration check out OR at the Turner General Store at Fire Mountain during Family Camp. Day visitors will get dinner for the day they visit Family Camp.
Registration at Family Camp is broken into two “styles” based on your families needs.
“Rustic” Registration allows you to register for Family Camp as individuals either for the weekend or as day visitors.
Rustic campers who are staying for the weekend will bring their own tent and be camping in the Kit Carson field not far from the Fire Mountain Dinning Hall.
Deluxe registration is done by facility. You have a choice between a 2 person leader stent, 4 person scout stent OR an 8 person patrol Adirondack! Reserve one or a combination of shelters to meet your family needs. (NOTE: 4 person stents and 8 person Adirondacks are not in the same campsites but 2 person stents are found in ALL campsites at Fire Mountain).
